Worth its 4 stars. Moreover, high-speed internet access was great.
We enjoyed staff and food - just very good. Our room had a comfy bed and a pretty view. Receptionist is the best ever!
Really close to station, only walking distance to various bars and restaurants and with easy access to the city centre. The rooms were cosy and clean
Accommodation was clean and Lovely location, minute walk to the train. Parking is good
Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like the battlefield rest that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Definitely will be back.
TOP ROOM. Big, newly renovated, nicely furnished.
Nothing to complain about.
Straight modern room furnishing, very clean, quiet
We liked everything
Very large room, ham hough
The arrival by car was very uncomplicated. The location of the hotel is somewhat remote from Glasgow city centre, but very close to Hampden Park. By bus, taxi or Uber the centre can be reached within 10 minutes. The reception was very friendly - the hotel also has a bar and a restaurant for meals. The room was very comfortably furnished and very clean.
There are only little things to criticize. In front of the accommodation there are only public parking spaces. There's no elevator in the hotel. The TV in the room was very small.
The people make the difference..the cook a master, the staff friendly and giving the feeling that all is well. The house "oldschool" in every respect.
This is our fourth stay at No.10 - it is smart, friendly, excellent location(we have family close by) and Glasgow city centre is easily reached by train or car/cab.
Only that access to car parking at rear is on rough road which in the event of heavy rain - which we experienced last week- does get a little flooded!
The room was small but very well furnished. The hotel seamed to have nice common areas
The room the bathroom were very large, clean and quiet.
The first impression was good... after a while, though, several glitches showed up: there was a single light fixture in the bedroom (no night-stand light); the bathroom was large but there were no shelves (all our toiletries were cramped on the small sink), the duved was quite warm - uncomfortably so! And there was nothing lighter to replace it. Overall it seemed that the hotel had plenty of money to spend on the rooms, with no idea on how to do that properly.
The hotel was used for my aunts wedding, both the ceremony and the reception. The staff where very helpful and the hall was set up lovely. Everyone enjoyed the meal, it was excellent and the food was nice and hot. No one seemed to have any complaints about the food. The rooms are nicely done up and are very spacious. I have stayed in both the hotel and the townhouse and they are always very clean
We stayed for just one night, We had a nice view of the park, the room was massive as was the the bathroom, verry clean aswell, the hotel had a wedding reception on at the time any we didn't hear ant noise what so ever, The hotel decor was really nice and had a warm feel to it, it had a nice beer garden in the back, We would definateley stay again.
